Developed persona, core values, and use cases to showcase concept ideas through storyboarding. Designed signature features that addressed the needs, desires & pain points.

A number of Use Cases were developed from the core values and research insights as can be seen in the adjacent image. The storyboards developed from the UseCases helped in identifying enabling features.

Use Case

Rachel is on her way to deliver a TED Talk. Her Honda helps her prep on the while on the way to the event.

Based on the high-level package of the ‘Organism’ concept, Human Factors and Ergonomic Studies were conducted to identify the most appropriate seating layout and ingress/egress situations for different modes and scenarios as identified in the storyboards.

Ergonomic Studies involved using Alias and a lot of roleplaying in order to put ourselves in the shoes of the persona and design with empathy.
